Why is my hairstyle preview not generating?
Hair Magic uploads your photo after you select a look and tap Generate. Generation requires an internet connection and preview access in the app. Check your connection, review the access message shown in the app and try again when you are connected. If an error continues, note its wording and contact support.
Start with a clear photo and follow the photo try-on workflow. AI previews are visual estimates; an unexpected hairstyle or color is not a prediction of your salon result.
How do I restore my Hair Magic purchase?
Open Settings in Hair Magic and use Restore Purchases. Purchases are managed through Apple. If Premium access is still missing, contact support with the message you see; do not send payment-card details. The free download and Premium guide explains what the listing confirms about access.
Does Private Session keep my photo on my iPhone?
No. AI generation uses cloud processing even in Private Session. Private Session prevents new local history and automatic Photos saving. It does not turn generation into an offline process or establish how long a processing service retains a photo.
Read our photo privacy guide and the developer privacy policy. Contact the developer before uploading if you need clarification about processing providers, server retention or deletion timing. This support page does not add new privacy terms for the app.
Where can I find the hairstyle and color controls?
Browse or search the catalog, filter by length, texture or upkeep, and select a style. Available detail controls vary by hairstyle. To explore color alone, keep your current hairstyle and choose a color direction. Follow the hair color changer guide or browse all Hair Magic guides.
How this website measures visits
This website uses Cloudflare to host its pages and collect limited analytics: the public page path, whether a page was viewed or an App Store link was clicked, the link’s position, and a broad referral category such as Google, Bing or direct. Our analytics events do not include your full referring URL, search terms, IP address, photo, email address or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not set analytics cookies or use browser storage for tracking.
The browser skips these events when it signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Cloudflare receives network information needed to serve and protect the site. The event dataset is retained for three months under Cloudflare Analytics Engine’s retention policy. App Store clicks measure interest in downloading, not completed installations or purchases. Contact support with website analytics questions.
